- We get to know you, your family and most important of all, your furry baby and where you want to place your artwork in order to support you through out your journey.
- All orders from Australia are printed in Australia so you can rest assure your artwork arrives fast and secure (no boarder clearances which can cause days of delay if an international pet portrait company is preferred (For rest of world see our shipping guide)
- We only use High definition gallery-grade ultra-durable satin canvas
- Thanks to the hanging system provided, your pet portrait canvas is ready to hang on the wall.
- Wooden frames are kiln dried, and have a depth of 3cm. In order to prevent indentation of the edge of the frame onto the canvas, our frames are constructed with a raised lip. (This option is quite unique and is not offered by many other mainstream pet portrait companies)
- High quality inks which are resistant to fading, scratches, water and chemicals.

• We have partnered up with more than 100 printing labs in 32 different countries allowing us to deliver your artwork faster, smarter and greener. Less time spent on the road, no custom clearances and efficiency allowing minimal carbon gas emissions.
• We also offer Express Delivery option for most of our products (available at checkout) allowing next day delivery once your product is ready for dispatching for those of you who are keen to display their artwork sooner than later!
