Do you create portraits of only cats and dogs?
Cats and Dogs are certainly the most requested, although we can also design for a whole vast range of animals.
We’ve created wall arts for dogs, cats, birds, horses, micro-pigs, and even hedgehogs! We certainly look forward to receiving challenging and unique design requests from you. Send them through!
How many pets can I add to the design of my portrait?
We are quite flexible with our designs. We can actually accommodate up to 9 pets in one custom pet portrait. We have a few designs which are available on our website, check out our multi canvas here.
We can also mix and match different costumes based on your preference. We’d love to hear your request, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll work out the best combination with you.
Do you do humans?
We have done various different combinations including humans. Please reach out to us to discuss your design idea. We would love to be challenged!
How do I know if the photo I have is good enough to use
If you follow these simple guidelines, your photo will definitely be good enough to use!
- Make sure the photo is taken in good lighting (outdoor daylight is best)
- Try to snap that shot at eye level with your pet
- Get a close-up shot so we can really see your pet's unique features
- Make sure your pet's face is in focus, don’t let it get blurry!
- Make sure that all their features (e.g. ears!) are in frame - we can't magically add them in the portrait if they aren't found in the original photo
Once you submit your image and proceed with the payment, we will be conducting a thorough assessment and advise you if an alternative image will be needed.
It is always a good idea to upload as many images as possible that would fit the above guidelines.
Please be advised that if an image submitted is not suitable for the design, identifying the correct image may lengthen our delivery time by a few days.
Can I change my order?
Our aim is to be able to offer you an artwork that you and your loved ones would proudly display. That is why we would be willing to work with you to make sure that you love your final design.
Once you placed your order, our designers would start working on your project. Please let us know as soon as you feel you would like to make an amendment to your order.
Even though we can't guarantee that we can change it, we will do everything possible to accommodate it for a great customer experience.
Will I see the finished artwork before it gets printed?
YES! We understand that our designs are quite unique and personal. We offer digital proofs once we finish your design for a final review before it gets printed. Just another way we make sure you fall in love with your design and display your pet's face proudly on your wall!
What are different Canvas dimensions on offer?
We print onto four different sized canvas frames. Each frame is gallery-ready and high quality. All canvas frames have a gallery standard depth of 1.25" thickness.
Frame sizes are:
20cm X 30cm
This is a favourite for those looking to gift a portrait. Best suited for a table or desk display
30cm X 45cm
A great mid-sized canvas which looks perfect in entrance halls, living spaces, bedrooms, and of course... above your pet's bed!
40cm X 60cm
Our favorite size. You can't fault this size; it's a fantastic large print and you get to see the details of your portrait up close. We love this one!
60cm X 90cm
Do you have a large wall which you would like to fill with a quality piece of artwork? This size will definitely suit that purpose. Due to the size of the poster, we work closely with you to make sure the image you submit is high-resolution and crisp enough to display well.
Can you change the background color?
We are happy to alter the background color. We can work with you to identify the best color that would suit your pet’s color as well as the wall you are planning on displaying your artwork.
Can you add or remove something from my pet photo?
Yes, our team can remove or add virtually anything to your custom print. It would be even better if you’re able to provide us with a visual / image of what you would like to add to the print.
What is the queue jump shipping option?
If you feel the need for speed, you can fast track your order to the front of the queue for designing. For faster delivery, choose express shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

What are the delivery times and prices?
We take pride in being able to ship from 30 different countries for an incredibly fast turnaround time. We are the fastest in the industry as your product is delivered to you from the closest printing facility, with no custom clearances and less time spent on the road, incorporating green supply chain practices!
Most orders are produced and deliver within 14 business days. We offer a 7 business day expedited delivery at checkout.
Delivery prices are a flat fee per order:
Standard Delivery: starting from $8.95
Express Delivery: starting from $24.95
Will I receive a tracking number?
We pride ourselves on outstanding customer support and total transparency about your order status. We'll email you your tracking number as soon as it's available.
We'll also send you ongoing email updates about where your parcel is. And we'll update you on the day it's due to be delivered, with you every step of the way.
Can I pay using Afterpay?
Yes, we offer Afterpay as a payment option along with PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Do you offer refunds?
As your order is unique and custom-made just for you and your pet, we are unable to offer refunds. Having said that, we would offer you a Digital Proof at the end of the designing process to give you the flexibility to revise anything that you are not fully satisfied with.
What if I don't like the artwork?
We are dedicated to ensuring you're happy with the final product. If you don't like it for any reason, please reach out to our support team at email@example.com and we'll do our best to help you.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please contact us as soon as you notice the damage and/or defect. After investigating the cause of the defect, we will offer you a replacement and send it out to you as fast as we can.
